  	FAIL On July 23, 1951, at Dunedin, Eliza Ann, beloved wife of Fred V Fail, 29 Ascot Street, Musselburgh, and loved mother of Brenda (Mrs R Chisholm, Timaru) and Vivian (Taupo). The Funeral will leave our Chapel, 78 St Andrew Street, Today (Tuesday), the 24th inst, at the conclusion of a service, commencing at 2pm, for the Port Chalmers Cemetery. Hope and Kinaston, funeral directors.
  Known As	Lylie Clark
  Occupation	was a Dressmaker, Fruiter and Confectionist. The first shop they had was at 328 Great King Street, Dunedin; the second at The Garden's Corner, 25 Main Road, North East Valley and final shop was at 91 Albany Street, near the Plecia Bay Station. Trade fell off after the beginning of WW1, and the shop had to be closed down after the Plecia Bay Station was closed. This was about 1917. The family then moved to 29 Princes Street, St Kilda.
