  	MRS RICHARD M RAND Mrs Vera Helen Rand, 62, of 245 Middle St, died at Portsmouth Hospital yesterday. She was born in Haverhill, Mass, Feb 13 1914, the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Fairholm) Brown. Mrs Rand attended the United Methodist Church and formerly was employed as a nurse's aide in various nursing homes. She was a member of the Senior Citizens Club and a former member of the Pythian Sisters and the Rebekah Lodge. Survivors include her husband, Richard M Rand; three daughters, Mrs Helen Douglass of Georgetown, Conn; Mrs Beverly Reoulinsky of Dover, and Mrs Sandra Baillargeon of Lebanon; five grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs Jean Duchemine and Mrs Dorothy Morrow, both of Haverhill, Mass; and Mrs Rhonda Beatty of Rockland, Mass; several nieces and nephews.
